- Quiz responses: answers you submit to generate recommendations.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser metadata for security and analytics.
2. How We Use It
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and secure the platform.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers strictly to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting & database), Lovable (platform hosting), and email delivery providers. Each is bound by data processing agreements.
4. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and a small number of analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service will not function.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
