1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zidilab (the "Service"), operated by Zidilab ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Zidilab provides a curated marketplace of business opportunities, a matching quiz, and educational resources for founders. Content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans (including the 7-day trial at $1) renew automatically at the interval shown on the pricing page until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, reselling, or redistributing marketplace content without written consent.
- No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or interference with the Service.
- No unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, branding, and software, is owned by Zidilab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results from any opportunity depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantees of income or outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zidilab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
