Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.

7-day trial

The $1 trial gives full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the monthly rate. The initial $1 activation fee is non-refundable.

Monthly and yearly plans

Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started. For yearly plans, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not made substantial use of the Service (defined as fewer than 3 opportunity unlocks).

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice or subscribed by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly and faster than through your bank.

How to request a refund

Email us via our contact page with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days.
